At Zenvio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personal care products
- Beauty products
- Pet grooming products
- Opened hygiene items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We'll review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the status.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
